Just to relieve the boredom while nothing is happening, would Atlas now entertain a share buyback? Certainly a capital reduction is appropriate. Need $100m to buy out the 30% sitters. Loan with share conversion option? Maybe asset sale? Atlas needs trading profits to utilise tax losses. Most profitable assets are iron ore and lithium. Sell off any other assets. Use funds for buyback. End up with viable company, sensible capital structure and tax free income. As I said ....just to fill in the time.
