in fact it may even get better. the recent interest rate hike was over done and i think we may even see a cut in q2####
Now im not sure why you said such a thing, but in my area which is working class a house will cost you 320k, the repayments on 300k is 2450 a month, you do realise that many workers dont get that much a month, especially here in qld, im sure all the figures point to housing being the most unaffordable ever, im thinking your very wrong fella.
