TY for letting me know re note holders - my reading of it has been wrong and for that I apologise.

Now lets call a spade a spade and this is my opinion - Noteholders didnt have any option either the appointment of an administrator or participate in the CR (Am I right in that). They were out of money by the looks of things at the end of June, the 4c shows $98k left which then required a further amount between $40k and $200k to continue to trade.

You need to watch their spending very carefully over the next few months

For once I do see some light at the end of the tunnel
