The mineral lease agreement was actually one of the reasons I invested. I think we've all seen the countless junior explorers with great tenements and nil experience unable to get projects off the ground (or at least in a timely manner).

IMO having an expiry for the mineral lease agreement shows that the company has every intention of going into production prior to said date. With Anthony Hall at the helm - given his prior accomplishments at Highfield, I have no doubt he's up to the job. his track record speaks for itself - this company hasn't missed a beat thus far at any stage of project development.

Might be a long play but little doubt this will bag sometime prior to October 2021.
