Actually, don't really know all the listing rules but I guess delisting MFS might be the next option for ASX.

However, can't see MFS board wanting that to happen as it would essentially be the same as "formally" placing the company under an administrator. I would say they are informally there at the moment.

I struggle to see MFS relisting the way things are going.
