Good Work @villn808 – good onya for making the effort to contact BPX.

The facelift looks a hula lot better than before, I sense it’s getting close, from my experience making something look pretty is one of the last few steps in the development cycle, You want to get the mechanics working 100% and test with a jimmied up basic looking GUI (Graphical User Interface – i.e. basic pictures/formatting). There’s no point constantly reformatting and redesigning browser pages when you need to change the back-end workings.

They’ve put up their AML (Anti Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter Terrorist Financing) policies, which as we know is part of the AUSTRAC compliance that they recently obtained. Seems like there’s another new guy at BPG – Ross Honeyman, called out as their AML/CFT Compliance Officer (and Jason Yeates as the backup / After Hours).

Ross hasn’t updated his LinkedIn profile, but that’s him – I note that Warwick Powell endorsed him for Risk Management, stamp of approval there

I disagree - @scott2hot , most of the clipart looks ok, but I guess it’s personal taste. I’ve noticed a lot of the NSW Government ads seem to have a similar style, cartoon characters etc. Here’s imagery from the NSW Westconnex

There’s probably something that resinates with all age groups or something – the government would have spent millions carrying out market research! That said... I don’t like all clipart on BPX site.

You also asked if BPX can be launched whilst in suspension – IANAL, but reading the ASX Listing Rule 11.1 I think so – BPG just need to tell ASX first ‘before making the change’ (see below).

Then – they can fulfil the requirements around Shareholder approval of the change... It seems a bit back-to-front – what if Shareholders don’t approve? , I don’t think that will happen here, but in any case – the rules don’t seem to prevent BPG from changing their business activities.

It could be another reason why BPG are suspended – perhaps they didn’t inform ASX of this intent before signing that deal with SoarLabs?

    Anyway, just my thoughs.

    Cheers
