Hi Salsa,
I rang ZFX back yesterday and they couldn't tell me anything except it hadn't been received so I rang Computershare and the bloke said he didn't know anything and would get someone to call back. ZFX called back and didn't know any more than the first 2 people so I sold on market. I expect you could still sell on market if you wanted to. I originally sent the form in because with the promise of 5 days I thought I might as well save the brokerage but 2 weeks down the track the bank interest would be worth more than the brokerage.
