As noted yesterday, off-mkt buying has been waiting for this announcement to be confirmed before entering this stock.

This lifeline is large then the stocks current mkt cap....this doesn't happen without reason amid extremely tough mkt conditions.

I see this stock being pushed to 23.5cps to remove stale bulls (placment price). Once cleared, I also see this stock trading in the mid 30's cps+?

People must remember the stale bulls that remain in this stock....once finally removed this stock will move quite aggressively, IMO?

How may bio stocks are given a 4 year life line in the current mkt....work it out!
