It's a bit stingy called it a "speculative" buy. They probably don't understand the physics beyond a rudimentary level and feel obliged to use the word to cover themselves. Still, you can't expect stockbrokers to have a good grasp of physics. They hardly ever have a good grasp of the market! (Acid comment of the day.)
