Stating the obvious....the terms of the deal were negotiated prior to the original announcement, and these terms are now being renegotiated.
That actually does mean the deal has fallen over.....while its possible a new deal could be negotiated with Pacton, MZN have not agreed to these revised terms.
I wonder how much less Pacton are offering?
