You're deluding yourself with some of these figures... Honestly - what are they gonna do just connect it up to old Henry hub and sell at $9 an Mcf ??? - you obviously have no idea about gas prices in Tanzi.
If it flows at anything less than about 15mmcf/d then the shares will get slaughtered.
Any ideas about tax, royalities ?? They call it restricted gas or some such thing there.
Work on about $700K IGV per bcf and about $2.70 per Mcf.
and please stop with these ridiculous valuations, the well hasn't flowed yet...
