Capex for Stage 1 on page 2 of the following announcement under NY Gigafactory

The recent completion of the scoping study priced the capital costs for Stage 1 at US$130m, with an expected first production date in the second half of 2019. First stage production will be at 3GWh with an aggressive ramp up to 15GWh.
If 3 GWh costs US$130Mil = US$53 Mil Per GWh,
MNS already has 1 GWh, = MNS then needs to spend an additional US $106mil for the additional 2GWh,
Production,
1GWh is expected by Mid 2019 as per page 25
"Speed to production key – Stage 1 production now set at 1GWh+ of production within 12 -15 months."
3GWh is expected by end of 2019 Page 24
"Speed to production key – Initially Stage 1 production was going to be 3GWh commencing in late H2 2019. A recent strategic acquisition allows us to fast track production.
