    Not exactly correct, Jinchuan have not stated "they are not selling under circumstances, they have said " They are playing a waiting game just watching"

    Maybe they want to see what happens with the ZFX/OXR meerger or wait until ZFX have a much clearly majority of AGM before deciding what they will do.
