The financial and staff abuse allegations are the damaging ones with legal implications.
The sexual ones are only that as they involved nothing illegal and are her personal life.
She has been forced to resign from politics by not contesting the next election which is not far away.
That is a huge penalty dished out to her by the Labor Party, quite the opposite of being exonerated.
