I guess i just came to my conclusion by the fact Hockings family lightened their load significantly. My thought was hockings were the people with the medical background so if they understand the tech and still believe there is a payday coming why would they off load such a large chunk unless part of the deal was they would reload at next opportunity. If they genuinely just got rid of 8 million dollars worth with no plan to replace them after being involved in the company for so lomg then that could be viewed as a negative. Yes i know they had a lot of cash tied up but if you thought sp was about to double in the next year surely you would hold?? I figured the deal with tribe was because hockings family feel one more cr is neccesary and tribe was happy to get in without massive discount. Realistically who knows tho but if Hockings undersrites next cr that is a huge plus vote, though it would be holders stumping up again rather than placement i assume
