Butcherbird is achieving what he sets out to do. He is planting seeds of doubt. If you have doubts about the company and this project then he has a point.

He's looking for someone to make an attempt at putting a DCF valuation in front of him so he can tear it apart. He knows there are various valuations out there that recognise this project as having a chance of success including the GSJBW report. It would appear that he can not recognise ay merit in any of them. So be it. Who cares. He will not make or break this company or have any influence over its price just like the rest of us.

It's worth remembering that all valuations change upon receipt of new information and changes in the investment market.
