If you believe the CR will be at $1, then logically you’d be burning your saved cash to buy now at sub-$1 prices. The risk you run is that the CR may not be a retail SPP but a institutional placement in the UK and Middle East. So there’s a fair chance you won’t get your $1 CR even if that would be the price.
