    This has the beginnings (note: beginnings) of an on-market raid by someone.

    It will be interesting to see how this afternoon pans out to determine whether it is, or just someone accumulating.

    Nearly 28m shares already today.

    BTW, a 5% sub holding in CNP is around 42.5m shares. Let's see if we get a notice in the next couple of days.
