they have assets well in excess of their liabilities and they have plenty of revenue.
Just so there is no confusion, they have cash supplied to the by a third party to fill the ATM machines. This incurs a cost but is sometimes mistaken as a company debt on their liabilities ledger. If it is on the debt side of the ledger, then it should also be on the asset side aswell.
