This activity has been going on for many many years!
Its just great to get a report out in the open for all to see.


Roughly, twenty years ago I went to a seminar held by Roger Montgomery. My friend came along and questioned the trading activity.

If you trade fulltime, you must get with the program to make a decent living from trading.

Like they say in the classics- "It is what it is"

Hi OT and Jimmy, Thank you firstly to Jimmy for positing the Senate Enquiry paper. I must admit, much of it was too complicated for me but I have been aware of the constant manipulation of share prices and the short selling. I really am beginning to think that it is nearly impossible to stay ahead in this market. I really want to get out but I keep hoping that I don't have to sell what I have left and lose $468K. I can't compete with the big boys. This business of selling on good news, I have seen time and time again and as they explained in the case of Cudeco, the company was being considerably derisked on each announcement.

Do you think anything will come of this Senate Enquiry? If not, what's the point? The Liberal Government didn't want the Banking Enquiry, because of all their mates and they have as many involved in the hedge funds, I'm sure. Even the Superannuation aspect should be enough to follow through on this Enquiry as it will affect everyone's super pensions when they retire and then the government will have to support them. Oh, and of course, they will definitely have to vote YES to Euthanasia but maybe it won't be just voluntary. lol.

I am so disheartened by this market and you would think the companies are too. Anyway, what can we do? I'm away for a month but when I get back, I will take this up with my local MP and whatever else I have to do.
