T2 have made their next move today.

It's now time we made our next move.

I will be lodging a new complaint with ASIC today.

I will be demanding that a new Independent Expert Report is not commissioned until Realm release their updated JORC statement to the market.

There are 2 parts to the value of a Realm share.
    1) cash in the bank
    2) the value of the Foxleigh coal mine assets.

The failure to release the updated JORC figures could potentially have an impact on point 2.

RRP has a number of projects on the Foxleigh tenements.

All of these projects, except for the Foxleigh Plains project, have been valued on JORC statements prepared as at 31/10/2016.
The Foxleigh Plains project had an updated JORC statement issued to the ASX on 22/12/2017. The figures in this statement were valid as at 30/9/2017.

Every Quarterly Report (except 1) RRP have issued since acquiring Foxleigh (August 2016) has detailed extensive drilling completed on their tenements.

Realm themselves have said in 3 separate ASX announcements this year (on 1/2/18, on 16/4/18 and on 31/5/18) that they were expecting to issue to SITE WIDE JORC update in H1 2018 (Realm's financial year is based on a calendar year).
On 18/7/18 they said the JORC update was now due in Q3 (that's now half over).

The company will tell you there is nothing untoward happening here, but we all have plenty of experience in how T2 operate.

Lower Resources, Reserves and Marketable Reserves means a lower value is placed on the Coal assets.

Use any of the points above in a new complaint, should you wish to lodge one.
    The more the merrier.

I also happen to have a contact at ASIC, and will also be making this point to them directly (in addition to the standard complaint).

I'm willing to do what ever it takes to try and get fairer value for my shares, and this is the next step.

Don't just sit there and take it. We chose not to accept the offer for a reason.
This is a chance for our voices to be heard, don't waste it.

Also, please make sure you send back your rejection form to ASIC. This will be sent to you in the near future.

I intend to make a racket to let Taurus know that I am still about.

We won't win the war, but we can look to take as many casualties as we can on the way.
