In response....
1. Possibly, before MCL it had no revenue now it at least has some! Sort of on the right track!
2. Of course it will change, rises are likely if they ever get these deals done imo.
3. I don't mind this too much and if it includes office costs, phones, net, on-site kitchen (lol), its not too bad, rent money always has to go to some mob and i don't see any benefit for them to rent in a different spot.
4. Is always the case with these little companies trying to have a crack, some make it, some run out of capital, just the nature of the beast, they need to try and keep investor confidence as much as possible until they at least start increasing revenue adequately. Things like Talk of divi's that don't materialize won't help their fundamental need at this stage of the game imo.
To be fair the drought would have impacted harvest, i don't think they are making that up.
5. There is no rational explanation for a 54% miss imo, they was dreaming, wonder if it was Steinpress that came up with 8c or the board, i don't know who does the number work on this.
6. I thought they said in some news that the largest SH are supporting the CR so presume they will but as always and like i am with any share, i'll believe it when i see it.
7. Not sure if you looked at QBL before MCL but on the Bauxite front i don't see a great deal of change, if i were them i would piss it off if they can sell it for any significant amount of money or if not just shelve it for a rainy day and reduce running costs as much as possible.
8. Lawyers, Solicitors generally get paid by the hour, as you likely know
, Speed, efficientcy and productivity are their worst nightmare, completely stuff their model up, no point praying for things that just won't happen. Algorithiums will solve this problem with any luck

9. I will have to disagree with your point here, its not that HC posters don't care imo. Luckily though one could say the market cares because as at this point in time the market has cared enough to produce a 54% discount to the first proposal and thats got to be a win even when taking into account the dilution hasn't it?
10. I have no idea and give it zero significance. Was J.S. (Skippy) independant, did it make a difference?
It's always possible that its a deadhorse, us mushrooms are always the last to know but having said that i do expect them to get this thing trading again so call in every now and then to keep up to date. I think people learn from your posts, nothing wrong with asking questions.
