Relentless selling takes any urgency out of buying. People might like the stock but there is a sense we will still be here in a week, or a month etc. Buying now is taking on opportunity cost.

On the flip side MOD is pushing into 52 week highs. If you believe that KMT can follow their story (which if you're a holder you probably do) then the current price is stupidly cheap in my opinion whether that be 2.8, 3.0, 3.2. Already knocked a few months of my 12 month countdown off by sitting on my hands.

They have the largest land holding in the belt. If they can't find something that justifies higher than a $12m EV I may as well give up on the market from my perspective.
