Appears to be a bit of an arb play with FFG at the moment.

FFG mkt cap = 12.5m

Total Cash = $7.23m

Comprised of:
Cash - 4C - 500k
Raised $2.5m in July at 3c
Has A$4.23m owning to it from the divestment of iFashion Group

Directly owns 50% of the issued capital if ICI - which itself has 302m SOI.
- Value of this shareholding to FFG is A$15m

So - on top of its 15 or so other investments, FFG is trading at an EV (market price less cash & listed investments) of NEGATIVE 10M

If FFG got to 4.5c - its EV would be zero...

(Note ICI is up large today & am expecting this to be the catalyst for FFG's re-rate)
