Resolute will have its own model of value running here. They know 30c is cheap regardless. It’s been to 50c before the last placement, but the project has only grown since then to compensate.
There would be an invisible line in the sand for them to potentially pull the trigger and pay a premium. I don’t know how close they are to management and if it’s all nice and friendly or a hostile act when the times come.
I dont own this for that, it’s a value play with the drill out program. They are in an excellent area and surrounded by elephants. Resolute are already in country and the met work is 95% recovery rate with a good grade. The land package they hold is extensive, so I expect them to keep adding to an already impressive discovery.
I’m sure B2 would be watching with great interest as they could give resolute a run for their money and have a plant some 30-50km away. They could buy this and keep drilling to add to their large reserves. Should be an interesting thing to own and over the next period. Dyor.
