I dont think Star Vegas was purchased in anticipation of much Chinese revenue.
However, DNA has built out a pilot main floor targeting that market, from Siem Reap, with 16 tables scalable to 48 from memory. In an interview last year Joey Lim described it as, 'low hanging fruit'. The Chinese revenue will just be the icing on top of the core Thai business.
In terms of legal action, I'm hopeful the Vendors shares will be cancelled. However not expecting anything.
