Does anyone understand the $271K/half-annum license fee to Razor on page 11? (note 3)
Goes for 2 years... and then what?
Over two years that's about $1.1m.  During the capital raising $1.3m worth of shares were issued to Razer.

Razer in effect exchanging their licensing revenue for a stake in the company and reducing their risk of return, thereby creating more of an alliance/partnership (even at only 5% holding).  Long enough to get this thing on their phone, then the skies the limit for both hey?

Just conjecture so looking for some further insight.
