I know it will never happpen, but I reckon if we took 6 or 12 of the best and most diverse traders here, we could be as powerful and succesful as any organisation anywhere.

All it would require is some sort of minor daily conference and a longer weekend one.

I have no managerial skills whatsoever and am completely undisciplined in that regard.

It would take some marketing skills of course, but I believe the knowledge and various disciplines are there, and results would eventually make the case.

In my dreams, I know.
