OK - don't want to re-ignite any dormant agro with this. Just one thing that I am confused about.​

What would have been the purpose of announcing the deal in the first place if MXC was trying to implement a hoax? In my mind at least, it isn't making any sense. ​

Clearly VC exists (and several HC posters have purchased and endorsed the products) - actually how large a concern it is might be unknown to me. As they appear to sell almost if not exclusively on-line, then they could operate out of a suitcase - they would not need anymore than a warehouse and small processing floor space so not having a large base building is possibly irrelevant anyway. ​
