I need convincing

Hi all,

I have been told to buy this by a very good friend who also happens to be very successful on the stock market.
He has showed me all the screen shots of CCSTV, Solgo, Istream, Forjiflix and given me a quick run down of the technology.
He has also run me through all the downfalls of this company, including previous management, inability to meet timelines previously. There are a lot of negatives.
The price that it is now, looks very juicy with what is on the table in terms of possibilities in Indonesia and Brazil particularly.
I guess I wanted to gather as much information from people who have held this for a long time and explain potentially how things are different this time?
Are new management competent for the going forward aspect in both Brazil and Indo, I believe Sophie Raven is one who is proven in Brazil to be a winner?
Is the product above all others when it comes to streaming capacity, user analytics?
Why is Alan Boyd still on the board? He is a huge name on this very small cap company.
Funds, are there expectation of further funding in the immediate future? I have looked over the financials and it seems as though this is a very thin line and somewhat intimidating to a new investor, even at these prices?

Any information or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
