Funny you both should mention that Voltaire and Jaolsa. I was just thinking that today at work.

Creating a real time virtual office network with remote login (initial low overhead startup)

Starting with ten of the best traders and diverse range of traders. Start with 10K of your own capital and invest 10% of each ones profit earnings into a registered company - say "Hotvirtuals Pty Ltd". Have a designated CEO, chairperson and 8 executives (positions depending on the outcome of skills/results/credentials).

Let those 10% profits (totalling say 200K for 6 months trading) accumulate and once reaching a certain level then we determine the most desired investment portfolio strategy.

Once fund reaches say 2 million dollars - Hotvirtuals begins to pay small dividends to its team.

As a growth option we can obtain an FSL and sell units to the public (hotcopperites have first choice) who would like to participate (minimum 40K per person for 1 unit) with a max of 15 investors.

No entry/exit fees with daily reports given to new investors. New members can also contribute information at fortnightly/monthly virtual board meetings - allowing an active communication flow between board and investors.

And allow a 24 active forum to chat away as well.

    The ideas just keep coming.

Perfect market to start in imo
