A further CR? The last quarterly cash flow report shows there is $7.5m in the bank. The last quarterly activities report reveals that a contract to purchase coal has been signed and that sales are about to commence.
What we are waiting on now that an extension has been granted, is confirmation that CGGC will fund the remaining Conditions Precedent in return for an equity investment in Northern Rail. I look forward to this ANN.
