no mgmt doesnt to short term traders but it does have an obligation from a risk perspective for all shareholders - short medium and long. This deal structure is 100% backing themselves in. The only thing sure about bio trials is they are never 100%.... especially in the neuro space. That's where I think the mistake is made with the deal structure. Its ok to want to preserve company value long term but I think there has to be a derisking event prior (via upfront).
