I was on a tram in Melbourne a few months ago and there were 4 men on the tram who were a bit disheveled and looked to have alcohol/drug issues. Between them they had about 8 tins of A2. They were complaining about how one particular Coles store was difficult to steal from. It sounded like their strategy was to use the self service checkout, one would distract the cashier assistant by asking for help using the checkout while the rest walked out with the tins. It sounded like they did it all the time.
