What I simply don't understand is why there is this apparent bushfire of activity at AHZ, urgently to refinance the company. It seems incomprehensible that management would not have: (a) anticipated the need for funds well before the 4C; and (b) had a Plan B ready long ago (at least from the time the loan facility was in place). Were they asleep at the wheel?!
