Not sure you can derisk Neu. If they threw $100 mil at Neu and took away the ROW deal would that have de risked us ? The greatest risk with Neu is that Ph3 is a dud and the FDA don't approve the drug. It's a 50-50 outcome and that hasn't changed for years. It'll either pass or fail Ph3 there's no grey area. The sell down is just shareholders putting their cash elsewhere because they don't want to sit stagnant for the next 12-18 months. Totally understandable.
