main thing is we need money to stay solvent, looks at the current situation, dont even think what would happen next..products is good, only the way they run it and wages applied too wrong. with a tight budget company like us, management should have been sacrificed themselves first and wait for better days to reward..but nah, keep bleeding hard all remaining cash with less responsibility..dont get me wrong, i used to think WP is competent and should be with his past jobs..but still cant figure out why they have to pay themselves as much as they can, bonuses given everything without thinking company low cash reserve..and our growth trend is still only reasonable. if the company grown with much higher share price, dont think anyone would reject even 2mil salary and bonus...he should reflect ask himself these questions..
