i will check with one of my tax buddies in regards to the reduction of cost base, as obviously its a pretty important point.
sadly yes I agree with you in regards to the other valuations... its a joke but hopefully once the uncertainty is over the cash is in the bank and we can all move on things change a bit for the better.
as i said, i wouldnt be surprised if another project happened in the future
