    Here we go...getting personal as your argument to date has been wrong.

    Who cares is having debt was the norm. Its obviously better to be debt free and using your own money to grow yeah? No interest etc.

    "to blame the board etc using hindsight is great."

    It is great as there are still problem board members, this issue is still current.

    "the shareholders including Scotty, all endorsed this."

    Scott endorse what? He was a major shareholder....he had made no decisions at MFS...the board did.

    He will now though.

    "And with hindsight you shouldnt have bought MFS should you. but it seems that the high leverage was not an issue for you when you bought or for scotty and friends when they got their shares."

    How is my money in MFS relevent to your argument?
