250tpa seems very high to me for bench-scale tests. I wouldn't have thought it would be even 1tpa of refined product produced.
Scaling from bench to the 5000tpa represents the bulk of the scaling risk now, to my mind. If P1 is built and gets to nameplate production with relative ease, that would auger very well for the future.
Going to have to wait awhile to see it, though.
