pretty straight forward you say? yes sorry mate, a complete company overhaul of share consolidation, pre BFS and pre SKI option purchase isn't some straight forward tactic.. if you have truly followed AUZ you would know the MD isn't a fan of Share consolidation..

the agreement is 19.9% @ 12c placement for SKI.. nothing more nothing less. read the Binding off take agreement, there isn't any other form of options..

no one can explain the decline in the SP? mate have you looked at COB, CLQ they have literally halved there Share price in the last couple of months, 12 month new lows... yet you only mention AUZ.. funny that, the entire market has taken a hit...

emotionally attached? i live and work in this industry i have made a career out of it.. i well and truly know the risks and pro's/con's of this industry.. and i never get emotionally attached...

your opionion is yours just like i have mine.. but atleast be somewhat realistic with your opinion, first time poster, coming in before the BFS is due to be released, and sprouting SP consolidations and what not..

we have had some crazy ideas in this forum but that takes the cake..
