Yep, a lot to like about VLW and the market is mis-pricing them on general apprehension on the Aussie real estate market.
For starters, look at their positioning - 60% sales in Qld growth corridors where prices aren't in la-la land...only 3% sales in NSW and the Melbourne properties are priced for the right zone/market. Besides resutts for FY19 are all but baked in.
