That's a standard term in these deals. The door is open to one, but if you look at the media articles over the last 6 weeks, you'll see APA were out beating the drum trying to find a competing bid and don't seem to have gotten anywhere.

Personally, I hope this gets shot down from either the government or shareholders. It's not a high enough price for me, and I'll be voting "no" if we get to that.
