FWIW, my take on the BRR interview...

By the sound of it, CVI taking up the offshore blocks is unlikely. MS is re-setting expectations yet again. I guess there is the possibility that he would try to lower expectations and then 'over deliver' (i.e. a suprise definitive positive announcement on Kwanza offshore), but that has not been the technique used to date.

I'll be thrilled to be proven wrong.

I still think there is long term value here. I still hold.
