The most important paragraph to me was:
NMDC have confirmed they will convene a Board meeting and submit the RCA for approval, immediately following confirmation of NLCIL's completion of its necessary review and approval process.
This statement has allegedly been reviewed and authorised by NMDC.
How can this not be a most significant statement of endorsement - a special purpose Board meeting to progress our project "immediately" external conditions are satisfied.
Big Indian company moving heaven and earth to get project started with little aussie battler.
I am satisfied with that indicator of progress.
