Absolutely agree with you on this.
It is my belief that NM has used DGR to fill his own pockets with gold. His management, together with Directors and senior management, have not seen any increase in shareholders value other than those that have short term holdings and for a few months before OBS was sold at a profit. DGR and the sibling companies are all running at a huge loss from their listing prices. Up until a few months before it's sale, long term and original OBS shareholders were too running at a loss. Who was one of the significant holders at the time of sale....NM and BOD.
DGR holders have been used as a cash cow by DGR directors who over time have increased their individual holdings to huge levels in all the companies through discounts prices, bonuses or purchasing them on open markets after manipulating lower prices because that is their long term end game. Control the information, control everything else, pay themselves bonuses and grossly high wages, manipulate and undervalue the companies so that they can gain more and more.
NM is being paid well over $1.1 million per year together with the greatly under priced bonus shares (employee incentive) and who is the one who will guarantee this next CR...NM again. Create so much uncertainty and then collect all the not taken up share issue at discounted prices......he does it all the time because he can and is not held to account. That is why the rest of the market doesn't value DGR and the rest of the companies......NM and Directors are looking after themselves and not the interests of the other holders, other than those who are in the know.
