And although you are entitled to this information, I strongly believe that it is not binding, as it would if it had been released to the ASX, therefore you may use it at your own peril. BRR broadcasts are more like a media reports than company announcements.

The ASX needs to be strict on this, because it has to reserve its right to vet what information companies release. The ASX does from time to time withhold announcements which it deems non-complying with Listing Rules and/or the Corporations' Act.
