Don't blame Shim for this going to crap. If you base your trading on anyone's views in here then fool you. The deal is ok - the perception we are partnering Disallowed salesmen is the bigger issue. With all the crap Acaida are taking at the moment (media hype or not) Treagus must have had some inkling that it might be of concern to the market and should have taken steps to provide a positive perspective and sell Acadia appropriately.
We now have the risks associated with P3 passing as well as Acadia being able to get the job done - something that would not be an issue for the big boys. What happens to our prospects if the FDA pull Nuplazid? We now wear that risk.
