Well i am shocked. And i was receved like i was just a silly talking old bugger. Some of the optomists can learn a esson from some of the pessimist. They are always giving reasons for there pessimistic opinion and her ECT have let you down again. There is no way in the wide world that Glenn Fozard or ashley or anyone who boasts that they are experienced and have been visiting india didnt know about these things share holders are waiting for now. Site works were to have been comenced already or so you were told but we havent had a site clearence. It has been promised to be cleared now but what the hell? Thats half honest of them to tell you something inaccurate a long time ago as one eg..
I would be outraged at the few reasons given for this extension. Not one reason but a few that a the base for an agreement. it could never have been signed this month or any month and they must have known or are they saying Indian companies witheld the information from them? Im confused about there reasoning. Now October is getting closer to it not hapenning at all this year. And by then the AGM would have happened and the directors would have another year. Im annoyed for some of you and would buy in just to vote some people out but my shares would have no weight. For the future towards the AGM in Id like to use a phrase. I have news for you. ECT can never walk away from a deal when they have given their intelectual property to the indians. The indians havent signed anything binding, so if ECt walk away the indians will use the R&D info anyway in the unbinded agreement that would become useless. And ECT wont walk away or ever push the point because of the power india has over them in this way. Anoncements pretend to have a degree of control but they actually dont have any at all here.
ECT is check mated with india with this. It has been done wrong.
I would be very angry. Today is proof that ECT has done this wrong and has control over nothing. ECT has been telling you that concrete is close and the deal is close to be signed. They didnt know about cite works not commenceing aparrently and to not update the market is just wrong after telling you the opposite months ago. I would be outraged and unforgiving and wish you luck in voting incompetent people out. If you get more dilution then buy the shares and dilute the holdings of the top share holders that way you will get some say against the old directors and partners and board members who are the real owners of your shares in that way.
