given the current market conditions I think that the management are in for the L-T and don't really care about the current share price - i like it - as they are being cautious and that is what i would expect from the current market conditions, so as a director i would propose to the board "the market has lost it, so let's make sure that what we are undertaking we have a 99% understanding of our JORC compliance and our feasibility study so this comapny is here for the L-T and profitable to reduce any debt/capital raising"
